The COVID-19 pandemic has recurred this year, and the prevention and control measures remain critical.

According to relevant regulations such as the Red Cross Ordinance of the People's Republic of China and the Public Welfare Donation Ordinance of the People's Republic of China, the Red Cross Society can accept donations to support humanitarian relief services such as natural disasters and emergencies. MEGA P&C has signed a donation agreement with Red Cross Jiading Shanghai on November 14, 2022, committing to donate RMB 1 million for the prevention and control of COVID 19 pandemic.

Red Cross Jiading Shanghai will use the donation for humanitarian relief within the Jiading district, and make timely disclosures of the use of donation via the Red Cross portal, WeChat public account and annual audit to ensure the donation is well spent. Red Cross will also assign a person in charge to develop a detailed plan for the use of the donation.
