On November 7, 2023, MEGA P&C Advanced Materials (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "MEGA P&C") rang the bell at the Shanghai Stock Exchange, signifying its debut as the "first A-share company in China specializing in wind power coatings and container coatings."
MEGA P&C (603062.SH) issued 27 million shares in this IPO, with a total of 108 million shares post-issuance. The offering price was set at RMB 58.08 per share, raising a total of RMB 1.568 billion. The funds raised will primarily be used for the construction of a new annual production capacity of 70,000 tons of high-performance coatings, the Jiading headquarters and R&D center project, intelligent warehousing construction, marketing and service network development, and supplementing working capital.
